Hello and Welcome

to our English web site of the Frida - Levy - Comprehensive School in Essen!

We are a year 10 English course in the bilingual profile and have designed this English web site for You to get more information about our school, about the person "Frida Levy",  school events and many other interesting things.

Since our school has exchange links with other countries like Great Britain and the Ukraine, we wanted to create a web site in English for people who are interested in our school but don't speak German.

Our school was founded in the year 1986, but it was not always called Frida-Levy Comprehensive School. The first name was "Gesamtschule Essen Mitte". In the year 2001 the school got its name „Frida-Levy School". If you want to know more about our eponym Frida Levy, you can click on the tab on the left side.
